Berti A&P is the name of our Italian handcrafted workshop, dedicated to the manufacture of hard stones and inlay work, mosaics and even fine fashion accessories and jewelry.
Our craftsmen's workshop is based in Scandicci, in the province of Florence, Italy. We supply customers from Tuscany, as well as from all over Italy and the world .
Each work created by the Berti brothers follows the traditional technique of stone inlay, which is typically Florentine and originated in the 1500s as a result of Lorenzo De' Medici's passion for semi-precious stones.
Thanks to working techniques handed down from generation to generation, our owners have led the company to become a point of reference for customers, thanks to painstaking workmanship of the semi-precious stones and the great quality of the available raw materials.
With over seventy types of stones and forty different species of wood, we at A&P Berti provide a wide range of customization for each accessory made. Customization and flexibility during production are our strengths, and thanks to the in-house presence of modeling and cutting departments, we can create tailor-made fashion accessories and modify them as we are working.
In Berti A&P's Florence workshop, we applied our art and craftsmanship also to fashion accessories made of stone , eye-catching at first glance, and meant to decorate items of some of the most important fashion and luxury brands. The skilful hands of Alessio and Patrizio, our two artisans in Florence , are able to create fashion accessories in semi-precious and hard stones such as marble, malachite, onyx and lapis lazuli, for buckles , shoes, belts, bags, bijoux .
At Berti A&P we jealously preserve secrets behind stone craftsmanship for creation and restoration of Florentine mosaic, as well as for creation of furniture elements, giftware and fine examples of jewelry, and fashion accessories for bags, belts and buckles.
We work with hard and semi-precious stones such as malachite, onyx and lapis lazuli to make a wide variety of fashion accessories for shoes, belts, bags and for jewelry. Our artisan workshop in Florence is a symbol of craftsmanship and precision in stonework. We undertake the creation or restoration of Florentine mosaics and many other unique and custom-designed items per customer's specifications.
